Membership Usage & Perks

What are membership credits, and how do they work?
Your credits are your monthly wellness budget. Each treatment is assigned a credit value — 1 credit for supportive services (HOCATT, hyperbaric, lymphatic drainage, PEMF, red light), 2 credits for IV therapies (immune, beauty, ozone, detox, energy, brain), 3–4 credits for high-dose NAD and Vitamin C drips. Elevate members get 4 credits/month, Elite members get 8 — plus discounts on everything else. You choose how to spend them based on what your body is asking for that month.
How often can I use my benefits?
Every month, your credits reset and you can start fresh. Members with Elite-level consultations also get one 60-minute visit with Dr. Bismah Irfan monthly. You can book as often as your credits and schedule allow — we recommend weekly sessions for most protocols, because consistency is where the results come from.
Do unused credits roll over?
Life happens. If you don't use your credits one month, please reach out before your next billing date — we handle these case-by-case to keep things fair. Credits aren't designed to be hoarded long-term (they're tied to protocols that work best when used steadily), but we don't want you losing value if you had a rough month either.
Which services are included vs. discounted?
Credits cover most of what we do in-clinic: HOCATT, hyperbaric oxygen, EBOO (with credits), IV drips (including high-dose NAD and Vitamin C), lymphatic drainage, PEMF, red light, Emsculpt NEO, acupuncture, cupping, neural therapy, stem cells, and exosomes. Your 15% (Elevate) or 20% (Elite) discount also applies to supplements, peptides, hormone therapy, and any add-ons beyond your monthly credits.
How does the 3D body scan and neural assessment work?
These are included with Elite membership and scheduled during onboarding. The 3D scan gives us an objective baseline of your body composition — lean mass, fat distribution, posture — that we can track over time. The neural psychoemotional assessment maps your nervous system regulation patterns. Both are baselines Dr. Bismah Irfan uses to design your protocol. You'll also rescan periodically to see measurable progress.
Can I share my membership with a family member?
Memberships are individual — your credits, consultation, and scan results all belong to you. That said, we love treating families. Ask us about partner or family-member enrollment; we can usually bundle things in a way that makes sense.

Billing & Cancellation

How long is the commitment?
Both memberships run on a 6-month foundation term. That's intentional: most of the conditions we treat — chronic inflammation, hormonal issues, autoimmune patterns — need that much time to shift at the biology level. After 6 months, your membership continues month-to-month unless you tell us otherwise.
How does billing work?
You're billed monthly on the same date you joined ($399 for Elevate, $699 for Elite). Credits reset with each billing cycle. There's no long-term annual payment — keeping it monthly gives you flexibility and keeps us accountable to your progress.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel?
Yes — memberships are flexible. You can upgrade (Elevate → Elite) anytime with a prorated credit. Downgrades and pauses are handled after your 6-month foundation with 30 days' notice. Cancellation works the same way: 30 days' notice after month 6, no penalties, no questions asked. We want you to stay because it's working — not because you're stuck.

What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?
Start with a free discovery call. We'll ask about your symptoms, goals, and what you've tried already — and recommend the tier that matches. A lot of patients start with Elevate to get hands-on with the therapies, then upgrade to Elite once they want the monthly provider consultation and deeper diagnostics. Either way, you're never locked into the wrong fit.
